Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting (new graduates not accepted)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to educate patients and families
• Current immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, and TB screening
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
