Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient
Location: Joliet, Montana
Contract: 16 Weeks
☀️ Schedule: 4 × 10-Hour Day Shifts
⏱️ Hours: 40 Hours/Week
EMR: Cerner
We're seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a 16-week travel assignment providing direct patient care, evaluations, consultations, and individualized treatment plans. This role focuses on helping patients improve physical function, mobility, and overall performance.
✅ Requirements
Active Montana Physical Therapist License
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Outpatient Physical Therapy experience
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Strong patient evaluation and clinical assessment skills
Ability to develop individualized, goal-directed treatment plans
Strong communication and patient-education skills
Clinical Experience
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Provide direct patient care and therapeutic treatments
Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient goals
Provide interventions designed to improve physical function and mobility
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Provide patient education and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
