Required Qualifications: Valid license (active), experience in outpatient therapy setting, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, located in or willing to relocate to Tucson, AZ
Shift/Hours: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Additional Information: Candidate must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking. Credentialing requirements include completion of documentation with the healthcare provider outside of AMN's clearance packet before being officially cleared to start. Candidate must start through October 15th to qualify for the bonus; the bonus will not apply if the start date is delayed due to credentialing or licensing issues. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Parking will be available during the first day, and dress code guidelines will be provided on the first day.
