LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Onaga, Kansas.
Job Description & Requirements

-> Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions.
-> Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and pain management interventions to improve mobility and functional independence.
-> Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
-> Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
-> Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using EMR systems while ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
