Job Description

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide patient care in designated areas including Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, and Kensington. This position requires flexibility for travel and weekend coverage may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions based on patient needs.
• Complete required documentation and adhere to standards for patient care.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring productivity targets are met.
• Possibly provide care to Covid+ and Covid PUI patients as required.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Up-to-date immunizations including TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, and annual Flu shot.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and complete a physical.

Schedule

This is a day shift position with potential weekend coverage and additional travel outside the assigned service areas.
