Assess clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans; administer and perform therapeutic interventions accordingly
Document clinical observations, services provided, and client progress in the medical record
Notify physician of changes in client condition and process orders as required
Provide direct consultation with physicians and interdisciplinary team members; share and receive relevant clinical information
Deliver training on therapeutic programs, adaptive equipment, and other interventions
Supervise therapy assistants in accordance with applicable Federal and State regulations and document supervision appropriatelyRequired Qualifications
Completion of an accredited physical therapy program required
National registration and active state licensure for the state of practice required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required by the physical demands of the role
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writingPreferred Experience / Skills
Prior work experience as a therapist in a clinical setting
