Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Truckee, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Physical Therapist (PT) - SNF/Inpatient Float
Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
Interview: Required, manager calls candidates directly

Pay Packages:

  • Travel: $3,076/week
  • Local: $70/hr

Setting:

  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Extended Care Center (ECC)
  • Will also float to inpatient acute care as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Treat rehab patients and long-term care residents
  • Provide PT interventions and evaluations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and Occupational Therapy
  • Participate in discharge planning
  • Attend weekly patient care conferences
  • Caseload up to 10 patients per day
  • May be cross-trained to assist on acute inpatient side

Charting Systems:

  • EPIC
  • Therapute

Requirements:

  • PT license
  • 1-2 years of experience required
  • Extended Care Center / Rehab experience preferred
