Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital setting, requiring Epic EMR experience and Oregon PT licensure.

Details

• Acute Care Hospital setting within the PT department
• Day shift schedule: 3x12 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend rotation required, including at least 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week rotation
• Possible holiday shift coverage depending on timing
• May float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital located approximately 15 minutes away
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
• Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association
• Valid Oregon PT license or license eligible required (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• Epic EMR charting experience required
• Acute Care experience preferred

Additional Information

• Responsible for patient evaluation and development and follow-through of treatment plans
• Supports the overall mission of the healthcare facility
• Facility does not accommodate block scheduling
• RTO must be finalized prior to consideration, with limited flexibility for changes afterward
• Former permanent employees must wait six months after termination before applying to travel positions within the same health system
• Candidates may only be considered for one unit within the health system at a time
