Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in a clinical rehab setting. The PT will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and independence.
This role requires strong clinical reasoning, documentation accuracy, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and exercises
- Adjust care plans based on patient response and progress
- Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (required)
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Ability to manage full caseload independently
- Prior rehab or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
Pay Range
- Pay Rate: $54.00 $63.00/hr
