Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Setting includes subacute, skilled nursing, and assisted living
• Documentation systems: UDS for acute and NetHealth for subacute
• PTA treats 7.5 hours per day
• Fast paced environment
• Rehab tech support available for transport
