Job Summary:
Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant position based in West Bridgewater, MA. This temporary assignment involves providing patient treatment, implementation, and documentation under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The role requires mobility within the designated territory to support home health patients, with a focus on meeting individualized care needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The assignment is scheduled to run from 08/31/2026 to 11/28/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice; at least 2-3 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist; current CPR certification; familiarity with general computer use and online HR and training systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in home health care; prior work within specified regions such as Norton, Attleboro, Mansfield, Plainville, North Attleboro, Wrentham, Foxboro, or Seekonk; ability to travel approximately 250 miles weekly; proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as HCHB or PointCare.
• Additional Information: Consistent travel within the designated territory is required. The role involves home visits and periodic office meetings. Reliable transportation, current drivers license, and agency-required liability insurance are necessary for success in this position.
