Job Details

• Position Description: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) preferred, but may accept a Physical Therapist (PT) depending on available candidates.
• Certifications/Education/Experience: Valid certification/license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapist. At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates may be considered following an interview.
• Schedule: Alternating shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, at 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Clinical Caseload: Managing approximately 11 patient visits per day with 1-hour evaluation times for general orthopedics cases.
• Patient Population: Sports medicine, geriatric, orthopedic, and womens health patients.
• Additional Job Information: The position offers a temp-to-permanent opportunity. Dressing code is business casual. Support staff includes front-office staff, rehab aides, and clinical students. Floating to another clinic may be required for up to 5% of the time. The role involves working with advanced AI-supported clinical documentation systems.
