About the Role

As a PTA, you’ll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and reach their rehabilitation goals. You’ll be a key player in providing compassionate, hands-on care in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing customized treatment plans

• Lead therapeutic exercises and apply prescribed modalities

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to supervising PT

• Educate patients and caregivers on at-home strategies

• Support accurate documentation of therapy services

Requirements

• Active Florida PTA license (or ability to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current BLS certification

• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
