Required Qualifications: Active PTA license; 1+ years of PTA experience; Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience; Skills checklist within 1 year; 0-1 references at the time of submission; Must have active occupational therapy license at time of submission.

Additional Information: Duties include utilizing evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions, administering medically necessary treatment interventions under supervision, assessing patient progress, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
