Pay Rate:$57.00 - $66.50 Per Hour

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 12-week assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, restore function, and enhance quality of life.

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care experience preferred.
