Position Description: No clinical involvement; candidates go straight to department manager to interview. Covering zip codes including Walnut Hills, Evanston, Norwood, Reading/Lockland, Elmwood, St. Bernard, Northside, Finneytown/NCH, Avondale, Spring Grove, Deer Park, and Roselawn.
Division: Home Health
Shift Time: Days, 8-hour shifts
Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy; license to submit a license; location in Cincinnati, Ohio or surrounding area.
Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
Additional Information:
General diagnosis / types of patients include congestive heart failure (CHF), orthopedic conditions, and pneumonia.
Experience preferred but not mandatory for candidates with less than one year of experience.
Physical Therapist will work under the supervision of a clinical manager or educator during a two-week orientation with a preceptor.
Use of phone and tablet provided.
No clinical involvement, candidates go directly to department manager for interviewing.
Work in a home health care setting.
