Job Details:

- Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, Pennsylvania state licensure, 1 year of clinical experience in home health care, and authorized work in the United States
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with home health patients and familiarity with relevant care standards, certifications such as APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) membership, and previous experience in outpatient or home health settings
