Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring at least one year of acute care PT experience and a valid KY PT license.

Details

• Home Health setting covering Massac, Johnson, and Pope counties
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5pm
• On-call rotation of one weekend per month
• HomeCare HomeBase charting system preferred but not required

Requirements

• KY Physical Therapy State License required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum of one year of experience as a PT in an acute setting required
• Home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a named driver required
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers
• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented and observant work style
• Disciplined work ethic with strong prioritization and time management skills
