Weekly Gross: $2,440.00(Based on 40hr)

13-week contract
Setting: Home Health
Requirements:
1 year of recent experience
Active Physical Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Guarenteed Hour-30hr
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
