Travel Home Health Physical Therapist – Providence at Home with Compassus, Beaverton, OR
Position Summary
You'll treat patients in their homes across the Beaverton and west Portland area for Providence at Home with Compassus on a full-time travel contract with Ardor.
This is a 13-week travel Home Health Physical Therapist role, with extension possible, with Providence at Home with Compassus in Beaverton, Oregon. You'll work a full-time weekday schedule (40 hours/week), evaluating and treating homebound patients recovering from surgery, illness or injury, and helping them stay safe and independent at home.
New graduates and therapists without previous home health experience are welcome to apply. You'll have support from the Providence at Home team and Ardor's 24/7 clinical support while you build your skills.

Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for the Beaverton, OR area. This 13-week assignment (extension possible) is a full-time weekday schedule treating patients in their homes across Beaverton and the west Portland metro. New graduates and PTs without home health experience are welcome. Ardor offers Day 1 medical, dental and vision, weekly pay, guaranteed per diems regardless of scheduled time off, and double-time pay between the facility guarantee and 40 hours. Beaverton is a vibrant suburb minutes from Portland, the coast and Mount Hood.
