Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Northern Virginia requiring at least one year of acute care experience.

Details

• Home health setting covering Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax counties, Virginia
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• One weekend per month on-call rotation required
• HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience in an acute setting required
• Home care experience is desired
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a driver required
• Valid state PT license required prior to start; pending licenses not accepted
• License required if applicable
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers
• Sound clinical judgment and ability to identify and resolve situations effectively
• Detail-oriented with disciplined, timely work ethic

• Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting
