Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in San Francisco, requiring 1+ year of home health experience and 2+ years as a clinician.

Details

• Home health setting covering wound care and geriatric patient populations
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• No on-call requirements, though discretionary on-call may be available
• Minimum of 23-24 visits per week required to qualify for a 40-hour guarantee
• May be asked to cover surrounding counties in addition to primary territory
• Uses Kinnser/Wellsky charting system; all charting must be completed on-site and cannot be taken home

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience and 2 years of overall clinical experience required
• BLS certification required
• Current state license required in hand at time of consideration; license required if applicable
• No license hits accepted
• Current driver's license required
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
• OASIS experience preferred

• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate from first patient to last patient, not including commute to/from home
