Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience and 2 years overall clinical experience to provide patient-centered care in Vallejo and surrounding counties.

Details

• Home health setting covering geriatric patients with wound care needs
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• Minimum 23-24 visits per week required to qualify for a 40-hour guarantee
• May be required to travel to surrounding counties as discussed during interview
• No on-call requirement, though discretionary on-call may be available
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate from first patient to last patient
• Charting completed using Kinnser/Wellsky system, must be done onsite and cannot be taken home

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience and 2 years overall clinical experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• State license required and must be in hand at time of consideration, with no license hits accepted
• License required if applicable
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance
• OASIS experience preferred
