WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional home care services. Situated in the vibrant city of Newton, MA, this position allows you to work in a supportive community with access to a variety of resources and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, addressing physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities due to injury, disease, or other causes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services.
• Utilize thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year of traveler experience and 1 year in home care.
• Valid Physical Therapist professional license in Massachusetts.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases within the service area.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required.
