Physical Therapist – Hospital

Location: Community Hospital Torrington, Torrington, WY 82240
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay: $56–$58/hour
Schedule: 36 hours/week, Dayshift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch
Scrubs / Dress Code: Gray scrubs and/or gray top with professional slacks
Completion Bonus: $5,000

Summary:
Provide hospital-based physical therapy services, planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical function, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients according to hospital protocols

• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise PT assistants as needed

• Follow hospital and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapist License

• Current BLS certification

• NPTE passed

• Degree: DPT or equivalent

• Gray scrubs and/or gray top with professional slacks required

Licensure / Notes:

• Must have Wyoming DFS and active PT license
