Job Summary: The organization is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (Inpatient) for a role located in Orange, California. The position involves providing rehabilitative services in an acute care hospital environment within a Stroke Certified Center and orthopedic-heavy case load. The role requires adherence to clinical protocols and collaborative patient care, supporting patients across a diverse adult and geriatric population.
Job Details:
Schedule: 10-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid California State License, BLS certification, three years of related experience, current LA fire card within the last 30 days, and a minimum of one year of licensed clinical experience, including patient caseload experience of 10 patients and proficiency in the Epic charting system
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in community hospital settings, trauma level I or II experience, LTAC experience, and familiarity with acute care therapy techniques
Additional Information:
Position start date: 08/25/2026
RTO must be included at time of submission; candidates must be willing to work at least 3 of the 5 major holidays.
Must be willing to float between all facilities within California.
The job involves working with interdisciplinary teams such as IV teams, respiratory, radiology, and social services, with about 10 patient visits daily.
No wound care is required.
Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are preferred; the position is located in Orange, CA.
