Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with diverse rehabilitation needs.
Provide physical therapy treatments to improve, restore, and maintain patient mobility.
Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs.
