Job Summary Physical Therapist (Inpatient Rehabilitation) in a healthcare facility is responsible for providing specialized therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. The role requires hands-on patient assessment, development, and implementation of treatment plans to aid in recovery and improve quality of life.
Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Education/Requisite Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience required, with at least 1 year preferred.
Additional Requirements: Candidates must be able to start on 10/26/2026 and finish by 01/25/2027.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, creating and adjusting treatment plans, documenting progress with the electronic charting system Epic, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
Open to first-time travelers and those with prior inpatient rehabilitation experience.

Must include response to whether they have previously worked at a Providence facility and provide two references covering at least 6 months within the last three years prior to start.
