Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Canyons. Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current state Physical Therapist license, minimum of 1 year experience, and Basic Computer skills.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed (with advanced notice).
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include maintaining thorough documentation, supervising staff, participating in ongoing education, contributing to quality improvement, and assisting in departmental operations and program development.
• Required Skills & Certifications: Subjective and objective evaluation, physical therapy practices, plan of care, patient care, and patient education. BLS certification required.
• Preferred Skills & Experience: Clinical background in a healthcare setting, experience with target populations, and familiarity with physical therapy equipment. Epic EMR experience is preferred.
• Licensing: Valid physical therapy license from the working state or participating state in the Physical Therapist licensure compact.
