Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week travel assignment in Lewistown, MO, at a continuing care retirement community. Start date is 05/25/2026 with weekly pay between $2,160 and $2,258. Shift is 5x8 days (Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts) with times flexible as long as consistent with the day of record (DOR). This is a Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds; develop and implement plans of care following regulatory and clinical standards
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices; perform manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, ambulation, use of assistive devices, and wound care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments; document outcomes in the electronic medical record and prepare discharge summaries per requirements
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other team members; coordinate referrals as indicated
- Supervise and support PT assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students; participate in required meetings and trainings; ensure adherence to APTA and state practice acts

Requirements
- Missouri state license as a Physical Therapist; active and in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience; LTC or rehab experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome with Level II experience; otherwise, relevant PT experience required
- Ability to work in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting and comply with regulatory and clinical standards
- Willingness to participate in AHSA clinical interview process; new grads will be presented to the facility for review
