Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient position in Austin, Texas. This full-time role involves providing evidence-based outpatient care to a diverse patient population with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports-related, balance, dizziness, and post-surgical conditions. The successful candidate will perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a supportive clinical environment.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8 hours per day; minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply

• Additional Information: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes using Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform. Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patient visits per day. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
