Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with a total of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; ability and willingness to travel between clinic locations. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Additional Information: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions for orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions. Maintain accurate documentation utilizing Scribe AI technology and the Raintree EMR platform. Manage a caseload targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day, across multiple outpatient clinics throughout the Roanoke region. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
