Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, Active/Applicable state license, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
Ensures proper documentation in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
Provides patient, family, and staff education; participates in student program development and supervision.
Maintains professional licensure and adheres to professional conduct and ethical standards.
Applies organizational performance improvement initiatives, actively engaging in professional development.
Performs other duties related to patient care and clinical operations as assigned.
