Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) The organization is seeking a licensed and dedicated outpatient physical therapist to join the team starting October 5, 2026. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and delivering patient-centered care focused on functional improvement. This position offers a flexible schedule with a standard workweek and provides support for new graduates with relevant clinical experience.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 0+ years of outpatient clinical experience; ability to evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior completion of assignments with the organization or with Select Medical is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely, participating in student programs, and actively engaging in professional development. The therapist must adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing while following organizational performance improvement initiatives. Emphasis is placed on safety practices related to patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and slip/trip prevention.
