Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing outpatient therapy services, strong clinical reasoning skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop treatment goals, documents clinical notes accurately and timely, ensures care complies with signed physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student supervision when appropriate, maintains licensure and continuing education requirements, and follows all organizational performance improvement initiatives.
