Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) The organization is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to provide patient evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and promote functional recovery in an outpatient setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; ability to complete a comprehensive patient evaluation; responsible for documentation, goal setting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards; participation in a student program (if applicable); ongoing professional development through continuing education; adherence to state practice acts and professional codes.
