The outpatient physical therapy position is based in Columbus, Ohio. - Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active/applicable license for the state of Ohio, minimum of 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or the organization (highly desired)
- Additional Information:
- Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aimed at discharge within established goals.
- Ensures documentation is accurate and timely, following regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
