Physical Therapist Outpatient in Dallas, Texas. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active state licensure in good standing, and fulfillment of all mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within outpatient orthopedic settings and familiarity with clinical documentation requirements.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and adjusting treatment plans to support patient discharge goals, and maintaining accurate, timely medical record documentation. Participates in student education programs and actively pursues ongoing professional development. Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies, while promoting safety, quality, and ethical practice in every aspect of patient care.
