Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable state licensure; successful completion of an assignment with the staffing organization or with Select Medical previously (highly desired).
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience in outpatient therapy and participation in professional development activities.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and creates individualized treatment plans focused on patient progression and discharge readiness. Documents medical records accurately, in a timely manner, and adheres to all regulatory and organizational policies. Participates in student supervision and ongoing professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and follows organizations performance improvement initiatives.
