Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in Aurora, Colorado. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating therapy services to assist patients in safely returning to community activities. The position requires providing patient education, ensuring safety protocols, and adhering to professional standards in an outpatient clinical setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of Colorado; minimum experience of 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Six months of outpatient clinical experience preferred; previous assignment with the organization or select medical organization is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals aimed at discharge within an established length of stay, and ensures documentation complies with all regulatory and organizational standards. Participates in student training and professional development activities. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to state practice acts and professional codes of conduct. Follows organizational quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols to promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
