Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of Connecticut; successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization previously (highly desired).
- Adheres to the organizations performance improvement methodology and participates in related initiatives.
- Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely.
- Participates in student programs, providing supervision and learning opportunities.
- Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrates professional behavior according to the disciplines code of conduct and organizational core values.
- Promotes a safety-focused work environment, following all safety policies and protocols.
