Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in a clinical setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective recovery and functional improvement. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; one or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; capability to complete a clinical assignment successfully; and minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous successful assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; prior completion of a similar role with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student training programs, and pursuing ongoing professional development. Candidates must adhere to state practice acts and regulatory requirements and possess strong clinical reasoning abilities. A focus on safety, professionalism, and organizational performance improvement is required.
