Job Details

• Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient Peoria & Surprise, AZ
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license, doctorate or master's degree in Physical Therapy, at least one year of relevant outpatient experience, ability to work days, no weekend requirements, and available to start on 10/12/2026 with end date 01/09/2027.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, flexible scheduling preferred.
• Additional Information: The outpatient caseload typically includes 55-65 patient visits per week, with sessions lasting 60+ minutes for evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-ups. The clinic operates Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements. Experience with assessments such as fall risk and gross motor assessments, and skills in managing conditions like back pain, fractures, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff repair postoperative care, and postural dysfunction are preferred. The practice supports full clinical staff including a front office coordinator, Physical Therapist Assistant, and technicians. No float requirement currently.
• Certifications and Education Requirements: Valid Physical Therapy license and degree, 1+ years outpatient experience.
• Submission requirements: Candidates must be able to begin work on 10/12/2026 and work through 01/09/2027.
