Job Summary The outpatient physical therapist (PT OP) position is located in the metropolitan area. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services across two clinics that are six miles apart. The position starts as soon as possible and requires delivering patient-centered care to support functional recovery and community reintegration.
Job Details
Placement as a Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in an outpatient setting.
Schedule: Day shifts with 8-hour hours, working 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 2 years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable state license.
Responsibilities include completing comprehensive evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting patient progress in medical records, and ensuring care is provided under signed, valid physician orders within insurance guidelines.
Participates in professional development, maintains licensure, and adheres to organizational and regulatory standards.
Demonstrates competence in safety practices, clinical reasoning, and performance improvement processes.
Actively contributes to a positive learning environment by participating in student programs and fostering professional growth.
