Job Details
Position Description: Physical Therapist - Outpatient services, with responsibilities including patient evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
Certifications/Education Requirements: Active license in good standing; minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience in physical therapy.
Location Requirements: Must be able to start on 10/19/2026 and work through 04/18/2027 at the specified facility.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Candidate must complete documentation requirements with ATI outside of AMNs clearance process before starting. Prior ATI work history within one year disqualifies rehire; previous work older than one year may be eligible pending approval.
Required Qualifications: Active state license, minimum of 1 year outpatient experience, and 0 years of additional experience required.

Float: Float rotation may be required.
