This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM), Monday through Friday, or 4 days/week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide patient care assessment and treatment, primarily focusing on 1:1 therapy. You will conduct evaluations, develop rehabilitation plans, and document patient progress while working closely with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine deficits.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans of care.
• Document treatment responses and progress in patient medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and home exercises.
• Facilitate social adjustments and prevent physical or mental disabilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Must have a valid North Carolina Board of PT license.
• Travel experience is required; EPIC experience is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
