Outpatient PT
PT only M-F no weekend or holidays
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
IPR: Spinal Cord Injuries, TBI, Strokes, Amputees, Multiple trauma, Hip fractures, bilateral knee replacements, s/p Cardiac surgery, s/p COVID, medically complex/debilitating patients
Acute: s/p Cardiac, s/p Ortho procedures, medically complex/debilitating patients
Outpatient: General Ortho (surgical & non-surgical), Sports Med, Pediatrics (developmental), Neuro specific diagnoses (higher functioning), Spinal patients (surgical & non-surgical)
Skilled Nursing: similar to IPR
