Location: Wilits, California
Contract: 13 weeks URGENT START
Pay: $2,600 - $2,720 per week
Schedule: 8AM to 4PM Dayshift, 40 hours/week, Outpatient only
Call/Float/Weekend Coverage: No
Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services, plan and conduct treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function, and co‑lead interdisciplinary care.
Responsibilities:
Complete patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
Implement therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and protocols
Develop care and discharge plans and communicate with care teams
Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
Supervise assigned assistants
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor/Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
2 years of PT experience preferred
2 years outpatient experience preferred
NPTE EXAM PASSED
Current California Physical Therapist License (required)
BLS/CPR certification
EMR / Documentation:
Net Health ReDoc
Licensure Note:
A full California PT license is required to practice there.
