Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics or outpatient general physical therapy preferred.
  • Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, and provide discipline-specific delegation and direction.
  • Must be able to work full-time and support a 40 hours/week schedule as described by the client.
  • PT only. No Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) accepted for this role.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Duration: 13 week assignment.
  • Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
  • Patient visit structure: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups as standard practice.
  • Position Focus: Outpatient physical therapy; evaluates assigned patients and designs functional treatment programs to support return to community activities.
  • Required scope: Provide direct patient care, documentation, charge entry, letters of medical necessity, and participate in performance improvement activities and student supervision as assigned.
