• 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• Weekends only as needed -- not routine expectation
• 5 - 6 home visits per day
• Home health setting
• Responsibilities include admissions, ROC's, recerts, and functional assessments
• PTA supervision included in role
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience required
• Home health experience required
